Individual counselling is a unique approach based on each individual client’s needs. Through the use of treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, motivational interviewing (MI), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, Eirini will work with you to help you navigate life’s challenges.
Eirini offers services to individual adults who have experienced childhood trauma, fractured attachment, difficult family relationships and grief and loss. Additionally, Eirini has extensive experience working with parents and caregivers raising children with diverse abilities, social and behavioral difficulties providing support as they navigate the different social systems.
When requested, Eirini can also provide counselling from a Christian perspective and also offer counselling in the Amharic and Greek languages.
