Eirini has over 10 years of experience working with diverse clientele, ranging from children to older adults, dealing with mental health challenges and life stressors. Eirini has worked in community and healthcare settings where she collaborated with multi-disciplinary teams to improve the lives of clients. Eirini also has extensive experience providing psychotherapy and counseling in a private practice setting.
Eirini’s passion for social work and counselling began at a very young age as she grew up surrounded by strong compassionate women who did what they could to improve the lives of the vulnerable in the community. Their example has shaped her life and it has been a catalyst in determining her career trajectory.
Eirini’s practice was named “Eirini Psychotherapy and Counselling” due to the rich meaning derived from the word “Eirini” in the Greek language. One translation for the word Eirini is “inner – wellness” or “inner – harmony”. Most of Eirini’s clients state what they ultimately desire is inner peace and a sense of wellbeing and if that is you, you are in the right place.
